COME FLY WITH ME
30 x 40 ins, mixed medium. April 8, 2013. Natraj on the right depicts the god Shiva performing his divine dance to destroy a weary universe & make preparations for the god Brahma to begin the process of creation. The woman is in a trance oblivious to the world around.

Here's a quote from William Butler Yeats' poem SWEET DANCER:

"Let her finish her dance, Let her finish her dance. Ah, dancer, ah, sweet dancer!"

I love your art. I am drawn to the dancer's face, the aura that surrounds it, and the magnificent colours below. Man's need for the existence of a benevolent God to set things right and to watch over him comes through so wonderfully. 'Come fly with me' is, indeed, truly uplifting.
